Shipping & Delivery Policy
Kidz City ("we", "us", "our") ships new, boxed video games within the United Kingdom. This policy explains how we dispatch and deliver your order, the service we use, estimated timescales and costs. It applies to orders placed at kidzcity.co.uk.
1. Where we deliver
- We currently deliver to addresses within the United Kingdom only.
- We do not ship internationally at this time. We deliver UK-wide at the same flat rate, including Northern Ireland, the Highlands and Islands
2. Carrier and service
- We dispatch all orders via Royal Mail, using a tracked / recorded ("signed-for") service so your order can be followed and requires a signature or scan on delivery.
- A tracking number is provided by email once your order is dispatched, where the service supports it.
3. Dispatch times
- Orders are typically dispatched within 1 working day of payment clearing.
- Orders placed before 2pm on a working day are usually dispatched the same working day; orders placed after the cut-off, at weekends or on UK bank holidays are dispatched the next working day.

Delivery estimates are estimates and not guarantees. Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, unless we agree otherwise we will deliver within 30 days of the contract. If we cannot, we will contact you and you may cancel for a full refund.
5. Delivery cost
- Our standard UK delivery charge is a flat rate of £3.65 (Royal Mail Tracked 24), shown at checkout before you pay.
- We do not currently offer a free-delivery threshold
- The exact charge that applies to your order is always displayed at checkout and must match the shipping value in our product listings.
6. Tracking your order
Once dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with your Royal Mail tracking number (where available). You can track your parcel on the Royal Mail website.
7. Failed delivery, delays and lost parcels
- If you are out, Royal Mail will leave a card and you can arrange redelivery or collection from your local delivery office.
- If your parcel has not arrived within a reasonable time after the estimate, please contact us at admin@kidzcity.co.uk with your order number. We will investigate with Royal Mail. We treat an item as lost only after Royal Mail's stated timescales, at which point we will arrange a replacement or full refund.
8. Damaged or incorrect deliveries
If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within a reasonable time (where possible within 7 days) with your order number and a photo. We will arrange a replacement or refund and cover any return postage — see our Returns & Refund Policy.
9. Risk
Risk in the goods passes to you on delivery to the address you provided. Please make sure your delivery address is correct at checkout; we cannot be responsible for delays caused by an incorrect or incomplete address.
