They do not affect your statutory rights under UK consumer law. Please also read our Privacy Policy, Returns & Refund Policy and Shipping & Delivery Policy.

2. Eligibility
To place an order you must be at least 18 years old (or have the consent of a parent or guardian) and capable of entering into a legally binding contract.
3. Products and availability
- Product descriptions and images are provided to help you. We take care to be accurate, but minor variations in packaging or artwork may occur between manufacturer print runs.
- All products are subject to availability. Stock levels shown reflect our current inventory and may change. If an item becomes unavailable after you order, we will contact you and offer a replacement or a full refund.
4. Pricing
- All prices are shown in pounds sterling (GBP, £) and, where applicable, include UK VAT at the prevailing rate. All prices are shown in GBP. Kidz City is not VAT registered, so no VAT is added to or itemised on your order
- Delivery charges are shown separately at checkout before you pay (see the Shipping & Delivery Policy).
- We try to ensure all prices are correct. If we discover a genuine pricing error after you order, we will contact you to confirm whether you wish to proceed at the correct price or cancel for a full refund; we will not dispatch until you confirm.
5. How a contract is formed
- You place an order by completing checkout and paying via Stripe.
- We send an order acknowledgement by email. This confirms we have received your order but does not form a contract.
- A binding contract is formed when we dispatch the goods (or confirm dispatch by email). At that point ownership and risk pass as described in Section 8.
6. Payment
- Payment is taken at checkout via Stripe, our payment processor, in GBP. We accept the card types supported by Stripe.
- We do not store your full card details; payment is handled securely by Stripe (see our Privacy Policy).
- We dispatch goods only once payment has cleared.
7. Delivery
We deliver within the United Kingdom using Royal Mail tracked/recorded services. Dispatch times, delivery estimates, coverage and costs are set out in the Shipping & Delivery Policy. Delivery estimates are estimates, not guarantees, but we will always aim to meet them.
8. Risk and ownership
- Risk of loss or damage to the goods passes to you when the goods are delivered to the address you provided.
- Ownership of the goods passes to you once we have received payment in full and the goods have been dispatched.
9. Cancellation and returns
You have the right to cancel under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 and rights in respect of faulty goods under the Consumer Rights Act 2015. Full details — including the 14-day cooling-off period, the sealed-software exemption, who pays return postage, and refund timescales — are in our Returns & Refund Policy.
10. Our liability
- We are responsible for foreseeable loss and damage caused by us. We are not liable for loss or damage that is not foreseeable, or for business losses (we supply to consumers for private use).
- Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes our liability where it would be unlawful to do so — including liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for your statutory rights as a consumer.
11. Events outside our control (force majeure)
We are not liable for delays or failures caused by events beyond our reasonable control (e.g. carrier disruption, supplier failure, extreme weather). If such an event occurs we will contact you and, where appropriate, offer a delay or a refund.
12. Complaints
If you have a complaint, please email admin@kidzcity.co.uk with your order number and we will respond promptly and work to resolve it fairly.
13. Governing law and jurisdiction
These Terms and any dispute arising from them are governed by the laws of England & Wales, and the courts of England & Wales have jurisdiction (this does not remove any protection you have as a consumer in your country of residence within the UK).
14. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The version in force at the time you place your order applies to that order. The current version and effective date are below.
